Cozy games to sink into.

Middlewood Studio makes small, warm games with a soft heart and, now and then, a slightly sharper edge.

Big Bad Pharma

A cozy sorting game with a wicked streak. Someone's broken into the pharmacy, desperate for anti-diarrhoea tablets, and torn the whole place apart. Your job is to set it right: match every tumbled box, bottle and blister pack, each a lovingly daft parody of a real high-street remedy, to its proper shelf, from the bright shop floor to the strict A–Z dispensary out back. Sort against the clock, chase satisfying combos, and piece together what actually happened here, right up to the note waiting behind the last locked door.

The studio

Named for a path, not a boardroom.

Middlewood Studio is a one-person indie studio making cozy games: the kind you sink into after a long day, with just enough mischief to keep you smiling.

It grew out of years spent making custom content for other people's games: small handmade things for the worlds players already love. Now it's building a world of its own, starting with Big Bad Pharma.

The name comes from the Middlewood Way, an old railway line turned woodland trail: the kind of quiet, out-in-the-green ride that clears your head. That unhurried feeling is what every Middlewood game is built to give back.

Every Middlewood game aims for one feeling: the last mile of a good bike ride, trees closing in, a light on up ahead, nothing to rush for. — Middlewood Studio
